1 · About these terms

These terms govern the trip planning and support services provided by Travel Asia Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. CH 05086008), together with any booking conditions of the suppliers we engage for you. Enquiring or confirming an itinerary means you accept these terms.

2 · Our service

We design tailor-made itineraries, obtain quotes, reserve accommodation, transport and guided services, and provide support while you travel. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not the carrier or the supplier of the underlying travel services; each component is supplied by its own provider under its own conditions.

3 · Quotes & payment

Itinerary planning is free of charge until you confirm. Confirmed bookings require a deposit as stated on your booking confirmation, with the balance due no later than 60 days before departure unless otherwise agreed. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and confirmed at the time of booking; surcharges after confirmation follow the supplier’s conditions.

4 · Changes & cancellation

Requests to change a confirmed itinerary are accommodated where suppliers permit; fees they charge are passed on at cost. Cancellation charges follow each supplier’s conditions and are set out on your confirmation. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and disruption.

5 · Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in selecting suppliers and in organising your itinerary. Where a service we have arranged is not delivered as described, we will work with the supplier to put it right or obtain a fair reduction. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not extend to matters outside our reasonable control.

6 · Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements for the destinations you travel to, for following supplier and local rules, and for the accuracy of the details you give us. We provide guidance but cannot be liable for refused entry or boarding arising from documentation issues.
